Terms & Conditions

1. Your Relationship With TheLightBulb

Your access to and use of Lightbulb’s products, software, website and range of services (collectively referred to as the “Products” in this Terms of Service Agreement), is subject to your acceptance and compliance with the legally binding terms and conditions established in this document. “Lightbulb” refers to Mannatron Tech Pvt. Ltd., located at 501, B-Wing, Om Divya Apartments, Trikamdas Road, Kandivali-West, Mumbai – 400067.

The terms and conditions included in the Terms of Service Agreement (referred to as the “Agreement”) will serve as the foundation for your relationship with Lightbulb. Throughout the Agreement, “you” will refer to the individual who is using the Products, or who is registered with Lightbulb, or has provided Lightbulb with their credit card or alternative payment mechanism for the Products. Equally, “you” will refer to any entity (e.g. research institute, university, private business, etc.) on whose behalf Lightbulb’s Products were purchased by an authorized individual. Your acceptance of and consent to abide by this Agreement will become a legally binding contract between you and Lightbulb, when you click the “I Agree” or “Allow Camera” button or provide permission to activate camera on the Lightbulb website. Please bear in mind that if you are not of legal age to enter into a binding, legal agreement, you are not authorized to purchase Lightbulb’s Products pursuant to this Agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not use or access the Products or, when applicable, please click the “Cancel” or appropriate button and do not purchase the Products.

You and Lightbulb mutually agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the Mumbai, Maharashtra in India, to resolve any legal matter regarding the terms in the Agreement.

If you have entered into a separate written agreement with Lightbulb for Lightbulb products or services, your use of those products or services will be governed by that separate written agreement.

2. Products

Lightbulb will provide its Products to you in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In order to use certain Products, you sometimes may be required to download content, software, and you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, any additional terms and conditions will become immediately applicable to all associated Products and the additional terms will be considered part of this Agreement in relation to Your use of those Products.

Lightbulb reserves the right to discontinue Products or modify Product features at its discretion and without prior notice. Use of our Products may require one or more compatible devices (e.g. computer), internet access and software, all of which may require upgrades and updates, from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that any such system requirements, which may be changed from time to time, are Your responsibility. Your experience using our Products could be impacted by the performance of the products and services that you acquire from third-party sources, and Lightbulb cannot accept any liability for any products and services that it has not manufactured.

3. Registration And Responsibility For The Content Of Your Communications

You may be required or asked to provide information about Yourself in order to register for or qualify to use certain Products. To use certain Products, you will be asked to agree to provide information that is accurate, to the best of your knowledge. To use our Products, you may also be prompted to choose a username and password and will be required to maintain the safety and security of Your username and password by preventing their disclosure to any third party.

You agree that You are solely responsible for the content (“Content”) which you transmit electronically, display, provide a link to, or upload, when using the Products. You agree that You will not use the Products to send unsolicited commercial e-mail outside Your company or organization in violation of applicable domestic and international laws. You further agree not to use the Products to communicate, transmit, display, provide a link to, or upload any message or material that is harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, indecent, or Content that could violate the intellectual property rights of any party or is otherwise unlawful, that would give rise to civil liability, or that constitutes or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, under any applicable law or regulation.

You agree not to upload or transmit any software, Content, or code that does or is intended to harm, disable, destroy or adversely affect the performance of the Products in any way, or which does or is intended to do harm or extract information or data from other hardware, software or networks of Lightbulb or other users of Products. You further agree not to provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the Indian Government as a foreign terrorist organization.

With respect for the global nature of the Internet, You also agree to comply with applicable local rules and codes of conduct (including codes imposed by Your employer) regarding acceptable online behavior and communicable content, as well as the nature of the transmission of technical data from India or the country in which You choose to operate the Products.

At its discretion, Lightbulb reserves the right to pursue appropriate courses of legal action against anyone who is suspected of violating these provisions. Lightbulb is not responsible for any Content in violation of these provisions. You retain copyright and any other rights You already hold in Content which You submit, post or display on or through, the Products. You understand and agree that by displaying, exchanging or uploading Content to an Lightbulb website or application, transmitting Content using our Products, and otherwise providing Content to Lightbulb, You automatically grant, and warrant that You have the right to grant, Lightbulb a world-wide, royalty-free, sub-licensable (so Lightbulb affiliates, contractors, resellers and partners can deliver the Products) perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce and distribute the Content in the course of offering the Products. The foregoing license is subject to any more restrictive provisions regarding Lightbulb’s use of personal information in Lightbulb’s Privacy Policy or in other written agreements between You and Lightbulb.

4. Responsibility For The Content Of Others

It is possible that other users of the Products (“Users”) may violate one or more of the above prohibitions. Lightbulb assumes no responsibility or liability for such violation. If You become aware of any violation of this Agreement in connection with use of the Products by any person, please contact Lightbulb at Info@thelightbulb.ai. Lightbulb may investigate any complaints and violations that come to its attention and may take any action that it believes is appropriate, including, but not limited to issuing warnings, removing the content or terminating accounts and/or User profiles. However, because situations and interpretations vary, Lightbulb also reserves the right not to take any action. Under no circumstances, Lightbulb will be liable in any way for any data or other content viewed while using the Products, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any such data or content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial of access to any data or content.

5. Eligibility

You affirm that You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. You affirm that You are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement. Although we cannot absolutely control whether minors gain unauthorized access to the Products, access may be terminated without warning if we believe that You are underage or otherwise ineligible.

If you are a parent or legal guardian entering into this Agreement for use of the Products by your child, you agree that your child is at least 13 years of age and that you consent to the child’s use of the Products subject to this Agreement and will ensure compliance with this Agreement with respect to such use.

6. Billing And Related Charges

You agree that Lightbulb can proceed with charges to Your credit card or other appropriate payment mechanisms selected by You and approved by Lightbulb (“Your Account”) all amounts due and owed for the Products, including Product fees, set up fees, subscription fees, or any other fee or charge associated with Your Account. Lightbulb may change prices at any time, at its discretion, and without prior notice. You agree that in the event Lightbulb is unable to collect the fees owed to Lightbulb for the Products through Your Account, Lightbulb may take any other steps it deems necessary to collect such fees from You and that You will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by Lightbulb in connection with such collection activity, including collection fees, court costs and attorneys’ fees. You further agree that Lightbulb may collect interest at the lesser of 12% per annum or the highest amount permitted by law on any amounts not paid when due.

7. Limitations On Use

The Products may be used for internal business purposes only. You will not reproduce, resell, or distribute the Products or any reports or data generated by the Products for any purpose unless You have been specifically permitted to do so under a separate agreement with Lightbulb. You will not offer or enable any Third Parties to use the Products purchased by You, display on any website or otherwise publish the Products or any Content obtained from a Product (other than Content created by You). You agree not to generate income from the Products or use the Products for the development, production or marketing of a service or product that could be reasonably considered as substantially similar to the Products. You shall not engage in any activity or use the Products in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the Products, or any servers or networks connected to the Products or Lightbulb’s security systems.

8. Proprietary Rights

Lightbulb and its suppliers, as applicable, retain ownership of all proprietary rights in the Products, and in all trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and domain names (“Lightbulb Marks”) associated or displayed with the Products. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Lightbulb Marks, Products, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Lightbulb without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Lightbulb Marks without Lightbulb’s explicit and written consent.

9. Copyright

You agree not to post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way the copyrighted material, trademarks, rights of publicity and other proprietary rights, without obtaining the prior written consent from Lightbulb or affiliates of Lightbulb who own the proprietary rights in question. Lightbulb may deny access to our Products to any User whose activity in using our Products is alleged to infringe upon another party’s copyright. Without limiting the foregoing, if You believe that Your copyright has been infringed upon by Products (including User Content on an Lightbulb website), please provide Lightbulb and Your Copyright Agent with the following information: (i) An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (ii) A description of the copyrighted work that You claim has been infringed; (iii) A description of where the material that You claim is infringing is located on the Products; (iv) Your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) A written statement by You that You have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (vi) A statement by You, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in Your notice is accurate and that You are either the copyright owner or that You are legally authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

In the event that Your access to our Products is suspended or removed pursuant to this process, You will receive information on how to file a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices are legal notices distinct from regular Product activities or communications. As such, they are not subject to Lightbulb’s Privacy Policy. This means Lightbulb may publish or share them with Third Parties at our discretion, and Lightbulb may produce them pursuant to a legal discovery request.

10. Terminating This Agreement

You have the option to terminate this Agreement by providing notice via email, thirty (30) days in advance, to Lightbulb at Info@thelightbulb.ai. If you have purchased a Product for a specific term, termination of the Agreement will be effective on the last day of the then-current term, subject to thirty (30) days advanced notice.

Lightbulb reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice, if a User violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement, except any provisions permitting you to use, retain or access the Products, shall indefinitely survive any termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease any further use of the Products and destroy any copies of associated software within Your possession and control. You will not harm or damage any Products or associated software on Lightbulb’s servers or Lightbulb’s network.

11. Export Restrictions

You acknowledge that the Products, or portion thereof may be subject to the export control laws of India. You will not export, re-export, divert, transfer or disclose any portion of the Products or any related technical information or materials, directly or indirectly, in violation of any applicable export law or regulation.

12. Injunctive Relief

You acknowledge that any use of the Products contrary to this Agreement, or any transfer, sublicensing, copying or disclosure of technical information or materials related to the Products, may cause irreparable injury to Lightbulb, its affiliates, suppliers and any other party authorized by Lightbulb to resell, distribute, or promote the Products (“Resellers”), and under such circumstances Lightbulb, its affiliates, suppliers and Resellers will be entitled to equitable relief, without posting bond or other security, including, but not limited to, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief.

13. No Warranty

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND Lightbulb, ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS AND RESELLERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Lightbulb, ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS AND RESELLERS MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS, REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PRODUCTS OR THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET ANY USER’S REQUIREMENTS, OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE. USE OF THE PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOU RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS REMAINS WITH YOU. Lightbulb DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETENTION OF ANY USER INFORMATION OR COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN USERS. Lightbulb CANNOT GUARANTEE AND DOES NOT PROMISE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE PRODUCTS. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. Indemnity And Disclaimer

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lightbulb, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, suppliers and Resellers from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, lawyers’ fees) arising from Your use of the Products, Your violation of this Agreement or the infringement or violation by You or any other user of Your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. Without limiting the foregoing, the Products are not designed or licensed for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe controls, including without limitation operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation/communication systems, air traffic control, and life support or weapons systems. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Lightbulb, its affiliates, suppliers and Resellers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for such purposes.

15.Privacy

Use the Products is also subject to Lightbulb’s Privacy Policy, a link to which is located at Lightbulb’s website, and which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. Additionally, You understand and agree that Lightbulb may contact You via e-mail and other methods with information relevant to Your use of the Products, regardless of whether You have opted out of receiving such notices. You also agree that Your name and/or email address may be listed in the header of certain communications You initiate regarding the Products.

16. Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Lightbulb OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS OR DAMAGE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS OR THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL OR OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) CONTRACT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF Lightbulb, ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, Lightbulb’S, ITS AFFILIATES’, SUPPLIERS’ AND RESELLERS’ MAXIMUM CUMULATIVE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT OR CIRCUMSTANCES GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIMS.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Waiver and Severability

Failure by either party to exercise any of its rights under, or to enforce any provision of, this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver or forfeiture of such rights or ability to enforce such provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be amended to achieve as nearly as possible the same economic effect as the original provision, and the remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

17.2 General Conditions

This Agreement embodies the entire understanding and agreement between the parties respecting the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any and all prior understandings and agreements between the parties respecting such subject matter. However, if You or Your company have executed a separate written agreement or you have signed an order form referencing a separate agreement governing your use of the Products, then such an agreement shall control to the extent to which any provision in this Agreement remains valid and applicable. Lightbulb may elect to change or supplement the terms of this Agreement without notice and at its sole discretion. Lightbulb will exercise commercially reasonable business efforts to provide notice to You of any material changes to this Agreement. Within five (5) business days of posting changes to this Agreement, they will be binding on You. If You do not agree with the changes, You should discontinue using the Products. If You continue using the Products after such five-business-day period, You will be deemed to have accepted the changes to the terms of this Agreement. In order to participate in certain Products, you may be notified that You are required to download software and/or agree to additional terms and conditions. Unless expressly set forth in such additional terms and conditions, those additional terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. This Agreement has been prepared in the English Language and such version shall be controlling in all respects; any non-English version of this Agreement is solely for accommodation purposes. All notices or other correspondence to Lightbulb under this Agreement must be provided to the email address set forth in Section 9 above, or other contact information as provided by Lightbulb for such purpose. Any and all rights and remedies of Lightbulb upon Your breach or other default under this Agreement will be deemed cumulative and not exclusive of any other right or remedy conferred by this Agreement or by law or equity on Lightbulb, and the exercise of any one remedy will not preclude the exercise of any other. The captions and headings appearing in this Agreement are for reference only and will not be considered in construing this Agreement.

Privacy Policy

Lightbulb, Inc. (“Lightbulb”, “we”, “us”, “our”) has developed a unique type of emotion-sensing artificial intelligence software that is used in a variety of ways, including analyzing viewers reactions to digital content and analyzing emotions and cognitive states of users / testers. Through Lightbulb’s software development kits (“SDKs”), developers can integrate Lightbulb technology into a variety of applications.

This privacy policy describes the types of personal information we collect and process, how we use it, how long we keep it, when it is shared, how you can manage it, and how we secure it. Our agreements with customers may also include provisions related to use and retention of personal information which, with respect to those customers, would take precedence over the general rules specified in this Privacy Policy.

What kinds of information do we collect?

We collect information related to individuals who access our products and services (our “Products”), such as our customers’ employees or others authorized by our customers to use our Products. This may include information to provide log-in credentials, to communicate with our customers and for billing and support purposes. This information may include names, email addresses, physical addresses, and phone numbers. For billing purposes, it may also include financial and payment processing information, including transaction information, bank or credit card account information, and authentication information. We also collect information related to individuals’ use of our Products.

We collect information related to persons who we believe might be interested in our Products and media and industry contacts for use in marketing and promotional activity. This information may include names, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, employer, and job title.

We collect video and audio recordings or users / testers which our Products analyze to detect the emotions of the subjects of those recordings. This may include metadata related to such recordings, such as the location the recording was made. When our technology analyzes these recordings, data related to facial expressions and vocal expressions is created and stored, but such data is separated from any personal information by which the subjects could be identified.

We also receive information related to uses of our technology and video and audio recordings from app developers who use our SDKs to integrate Lightbulb technology into their applications.

We collect information from visitors to our website, including the pages visited, how long individuals viewed each page, the devices used when visiting our website, and information from “cookies” (see below).

We also collect and retain personal information relating to our employees as necessary to run our business and personal information submitted by job applicants.

How do we use this information?

We use this information:
to communicate with our customers regarding their use of our Products,
to provide technical support to our customers,
to bill our customers and communicate with them regarding their accounts,
to provide information and engage in marketing activities regarding our Products,
to maintain and submit the data as per the applicable legal provisions of the jurisdictional region of Lightbulb and of its customer’s
to enable use of our Products
to improve our Products,
for job applicants, to use in the hiring process, and
for employees, to use in connection with their employment with Lightbulb.

How long do we keep this information?

Information related to an individual associated with one of our customers is retained while the customer relationship is in place (and to complete any post-termination transactions or wind-down of activities) or until we are advised that the individual is no longer associated with that customer.

Information related to individuals who are contacted for marketing and promotional purposes is retained until they indicate they no longer wish to be contacted (e.g., unsubscribing from email solicitations).

Information related to individuals may also be deleted when the purpose for which the information was being used no longer exists.

When do we share personal information?

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for purposes unconnected to our uses of the information described above. However, we may provide personal information to other parties to help us accomplish the uses described above. Such sharing of information includes:
parties which we contract with to help us provide the Products, including subcontractors, agents and third-party service providers (such as data centers), parties who assist us in our marketing and promotional programs, and parties which assist us with payment processing services.

We provide the third parties with the minimum amount of personal information necessary to fulfill the terms of the predetermined service or transaction, and none of these third parties are permitted to use your personal information except for the purpose of providing a specific service on behalf of Lightbulb.

We may also provide information to third parties in connection with legal matters, which includes:
providing information where we are legally obligated to do so (such as subpoenas or court orders), and
in connection with the investigation, prevention or assisting law enforcement with respect to suspected or known illegal activities, fraud, threats, violations of our terms of service, or as otherwise required by law.

How can I manage my personal information retained by Lightbulb?

You are in control of whether or not you give us personal information, and you are free at any time to ask us to delete any personal information you have provided. EU individuals have the right to access their personal information. Upon request, and with consent of our customers, Lightbulb will grant individuals access to personal information that it holds about them. Please contact us at info@thelightbulb.ai to access, edit or delete your personal information. Please note that in the event of a deletion, Lightbulb may need to retain some personal information for the period of time necessary for legal proceedings, legal or audit requirements or for settling your account.

If you want to opt out from receiving promotional email from Lightbulb, send an email including your name and email address to info@thelightbulb.ai. If you receive an email using the Lightbulb name that you suspect might be spam, please contact us at info@thelightbulb.ai.

How do we secure your information?

Lightbulb is committed to protecting the Personal Information you share with us. We utilize a combination of industry-standard security technologies, procedures, and organizational measures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

We strongly encourage you to take every possible precaution to protecting your Personal Information when you are on the Internet. Good methods of protecting private information include change your passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers when creating passwords, make sure you use a secure browser and protect emails though encryption.

Provisions Specific to EU Citizens

Rights of EU Citizens Under the GDPR
If you are a citizen of the European Union, you have certain rights relating to how others handle your personal information. These rights are:
The right to be informed how your personal information is being used.
The right of access your personal information and how it is processed.
The right to rectify personal information which is inaccurate or incomplete.
The right to erasure – also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’, this refers to an individual’s right to having their personal data deleted or removed.
The right to restrict processing, that is, the right to block or suppress processing of your personal data.
The right to data portability – this allows individuals to retain and reuse their personal data for their own purpose.
The right to object, in certain circumstances, to use of your personal data in a manner different from the purpose for which it was provided.
Right to prevent automated decision making or profiling based on your data without human intervention.

Identity of Data Controller

When an individual is providing personal information in connection with use of our Products in their capacity as an authorized user of a company which does business with Lightbulb, the data controller is generally going to be that company. This will also be true where personal information is being collected by Lightbulb in connection with use of a third-party product which was developed using the Lightbulb SDK.

If an individual is providing personal information directly to Lightbulb, for example, as an Lightbulb employee, a visitor to Lightbulb’s website, or a party consenting to receive information regarding Lightbulb and its Products, then Lightbulb is generally going to be the data controller. In circumstances where Lightbulb is the data controller, you can contact us at the email and physical addresses provided above in the section named “How can I manage my personal information retained by Lightbulb?”

“Personal Information” is any information that can be used to identify an individual, and may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, postal or other physical address, credit or debit card number, title, and other information required to provide or deliver a Product, or carry out a transaction you have explicitly requested. If you give us Personal Information, we will treat it according to this policy.

Definition of the Parties Who Use Our Services and/or Access our Site:

Customers are companies that have licensed Lightbulb’s technology for use in conjunction with products and services they offer to other companies or individuals. Examples of Lightbulb Customers are advertising agencies and/or public relations firms that contract with us to use Lightbulb technology to analyze videos of individuals viewing advertisements and other digital content on behalf of their Clients. Lightbulb provides its market research Customers with both technical and non-technical support options. Lightbulb also provides support to SDK developers. Lightbulb may also store relevant Personal Information to manage Customer feedback.

Clients refers to the parties who are represented by our Customers. Lightbulb does not have a direct relationship with these entities.

Facials videos of Individuals will be analyzed using Lightbulb’s technology to evaluate the Individuals’ emotional response to advertisements or other digital content. Most, if not all, of the individuals have been solicited by our Customers or their Clients and have entered into agreements with our Customers or their Clients which describe the terms under which they will act as data subjects. Participating in opt-in video collection
Lightbulb provides people with opportunities to participate in interactive web applications in which data will be collected. Data will never be collected without informed consent. The data may include a subset of the following categories:

By Its nature, video data of Individuals is personal, so Lightbulb takes the process of recording participant video very seriously.
